By accessing the Site, submitting a form, or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
SEO My Clicks provides digital marketing services including but not limited to Local SEO, Technical SEO, Content Marketing, Link Building, AEO/GEO (AI search and answer engine optimization), cold email outreach, and lead generation, for clients across the United States, Canada, Dubai (UAE), and other regions we serve.
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for Services provided to a client are governed by a separate signed proposal, statement of work, or services agreement ("Service Agreement"). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for that engagement.
Our Services are intended for businesses and professionals. By using the Site or engaging our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business or organization you represent.

Fees for Services are set out in the applicable Service Agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon the terms stated therein. Late payments may result in suspension of Services. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in a Service Agreement.
SEO, content marketing, link building, and AEO/GEO are influenced by factors outside our control, including but not limited to search engine algorithm changes, AI model updates, competitor activity, and market conditions. While we apply industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes.
For clients using our cold email outreach and lead generation services, we take reasonable steps to conduct outreach in a manner consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act (US) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), including honoring opt-out requests promptly. Clients are responsible for ensuring any messaging, offers, or claims used in outreach campaigns comply with applicable laws in their industry and target markets.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the SEO My Clicks name and branding — is owned by or licensed to SEO My Clicks and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables created for clients (e.g., content, reports, strategies) are governed by the ownership terms specified in the applicable Service Agreement.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written consent.
Our Services may involve the use of third-party platforms (e.g., analytics, automation, CRM, or advertising platforms). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party platforms outside our control.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or strategic information shared during the course of the engagement, except as required to perform the Services or by law.
Either party may terminate Services as outlined in the applicable Service Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services for any user who violates these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEO My Clicks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEO My Clicks, its owners, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or content/data you provide to us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and/or the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise specified in a Service Agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
